The restaurant opened its doors in 8028 East Valley Rd. Prescott Valley, Arizona . The owner, Carlos Ruiz, with the help of his family, found a small spot in a wonderful neighborhood.
Family is a key element in the design and appearance of the restaurant. Mexican Tradition is one of the main factors for which the restaurant stands out.
Mr Ruiz hired experienced employees from other different Mexican restaurants to form a team that helped carry his vision to fruition.
From the beginning, it was a great success. Taqueria Guadalajara continued working in such conditions until its expansion acquired the more space.
